1) Auto-paging
First-page is attached to each printing job delivered by customer terminal automatically before output at printing terminal. Information on the first-page denotes the sender of current printing job. That is to say the name, department and position number of the customer terminal. Denoted information can be filled by customer according to circumstances.

2) Load Balancing
Enable every printer of the system to operate at its highest speed by distributing printing jobs rationally.

3) Messenger
System can send back current status of the printing jobs provided by customer terminals. Customers can also check executive status of its own printing jobs through customer terminals.

4) Auto-backup
When one or several printers are failure or deadlock under certain circumstances, the system can automatically save the current printing-jobs in order to send these printing tasks to the printers again when they recovers.

5) Auto-warning
It is an automatic alarming function for sending out warning signals to itself and customer terminals notifying that the system is busy when extra printing jobs are being received frequently.

6) Printing-job Packing and Un-packing
Customer terminal can pack several printing-jobs together and the system can automatically identify, un-pack and print them out attaching with an extra information page. Only one information page is added for all printing jobs in one pack in order to save paper. If there are needless printing jobs being packed, the customer terminal can delete them by opening the pack and selecting the printing jobs again.

7) Equipment Management
The system can provide information about the performance of each printer in the cluster printing system by forms of daily, weekly and yearly statistic reports which enable administrative department to fully supervise the printing equipments.

8)Paper Source Selection
For some special customers, the system can select certain size paper carriage according to the instruction of customer in order to improve operation efficiency.

9) Printer Compatibility
The system supports various brand printers implementing entire functions of the Cluster Printing System. When new printer has been purchased, the system can be rapidly updated.

10) System Installation and Updating Method for Customer Terminal
For ensuring the stable operation, the system provides special installation and updating program for special costumer terminals which are widely distributed in relevant network domain.
