Firstly professional technicians should process data during primary data processing period, secondly form designer should design format in form designing stage and finally printer manager should print out data rapidly in printing management phase.

The professional management software integrates with data process, form design and printing management together. Its data processing function supported by visual interface transforms basic data files into programs with the assigned rules automatically, which greatly facilitates the data processing process. Form design is accomplished in visual environment so that relationship between data and form is transparent. Printing management controls printing procedure and manage printing job so as to enable more effective printing.

At top of the interaction interface, there is a menu bar that consists of many menu buttons such as File, View and Help. When new data processing file is being created, the menu bar may include menu buttons such as Edit, Attributive, Pre-process, Window and Debug. Secondary line is the quick button bar that consists of New File, Open and Save buttons.

Command/function field provides all commands and functions for data processing. User can add relevant command or function into data processing file by means of drag-and-drop.

What contains in area of data-processing file is the program file for analyzing and processing data. Output area displays information about data while debugging program.

It can convert Txt, Excel and Access file into data processing file under IDE (Integrated Development Environment) for printing variable data based on certain protocol.

Electronic form can be designed with Maintop form design system and data being filled into template can be extracted from business database with Maintop data-processing system. The produced various bills and files are then put into job queue to be sent to Maintop printing management system where job dispatching and bulk printing are managed uniformly.

The system can produce fine business reports and bills in electric form by way of WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) with its powerful capability of plotting and typesetting. It can display actual style of the form, and change character size, font, spacing and line interval showing individuality conveniently. It can insert various pictures and draw various sophisticated curves and graphs. Data field can be placed in forms freely and simply, and several positioning-modes are provided for ensuring that data are filled into correct position. More than 20 standard one-dimensional and two-dimensional bar codes are available and automatic file management is facilitated. Forms can be saved as templates being maintained and distributed to branch organizations uniformly. With its powerful data access ability, the system can extract data from ordinary database such as DBF and Access, and large-scale database such as MS SQL Server and Oracle directly. Its ODBC database interface facilitates unlimited system expansion. It can extract images from database, implement the combined printing dynamically and produce the individualized printing effects. The system supports variable data auto-printing and smart file printing in single-side, double-side or multi-side modes. As a patented technology, anti-counterfeit stripe can be printed into contract meeting high security standards. Additionally it can transform a batch of printing data into image file in TIFF format and save it in database automatically for future application.

Control bottom layer printing language, supervise all control information about printing, inspect progress of printing jobs and status in time, and support various output formats of printing data such as PCL, PS, AFP, IPDS, etc.

◆ Load Allocation
Connect, control and distribute printing jobs with its cluster printing ability automatically, in order to maintain the highest printing speed and leverage the available resources. Since the speed for creating printing job is higher than the maximum printing speed, it enables the full speed operation of all printers of the system.

◆ Supervision and Alarming
Supervise operation status of printer and provide relevant audio and visual warnings.

◆ Printing Stat
Insert advertisements conveniently with its automatic page-inserting capability and keep all records of printing job in every printer for facilitating job feeing and analysis. The saved printing logs enable understanding of printing status at any time.
